$500 Refundable security deposit with clean check-out inspection.
8% tax added to any damage costs.

Taxes: 8% state on any rental under 30 days.

Current Availability Calendar

There is a public pathway three houses down on the right next to the gray house - from Greene Lane over to Angell Rd. which leads down to the beach, and is near one of the beach pavilions. It is about a 5-7 minute walk from the front door to the beach entrance. UPDATE: The rail fence has been taken down recently, but the rock and sign are still there. I will update photo as soon as I can.

It is longer to drive there at about 1/2 mile, plus you will have to pay for parking at the beach.
